Did Judge Swandal Neglect His Court?
For the past 15 years Swandal has been the District Court Judge of the Sixth Judicial Court and is presiding over a divorce that may get him some unwanted publicity. Thru the court, Lauren Martin of Park County has been able to get a name change, temporary Order of Protection, and extensions through his court which she has used to destroy approximately $1.3 million in assets.
Does He Take Sides?
Lauren Martin, with assistance from her attorney Bob Jovick, was able to manipulate the court thru false testimony to gain an unfair advantage on her spouse. While most claims have no physical evidence to back them up, Judge Swandal has not allowed the spouse to access his business for over a year, which has caused the business to be destroyed. To date, Swandal has given Lauren Martin complete and sole control over all property and financial accounts. The spouse feels that Judge Swandal may be responsible as his motions to protect any remaining assets and hold Lauren in contempt of court were denied.
Did He Enable Her?
Judge Swandal allowed Lauren Martin to change her name to aka "Kathryn Stone" with no background check and waived the public notice announcment. Meanwhile the sherrifs dept had spent the last 2 weeks trying to serve her divorce papers which also would have notified the court she had already hijacked all the finacial accounts and assets.
NOTE: The Clerk of Court, Sherrifs Dept and Judges chambers are all within 200 feet of each other.
The same day she was granted the name change she contacted Domestic Violence to claim that she was in danger and needed a Tempory Order of Protection. Her claims ranged form being poised, tracking devices on her car and bugging devices in her home. The spouse was served with the "LAME" TOP that Judge Swandal ordered and the spouse has never had access to his personal, joint or real property since.
Lauren hijacked the domain and websites associated with the business as she had joint access to the accounts. She then manipulated the accounts, change the information and closed off access by changing the username and pass codes.
Lauren provided only verbal testimony that her spouse had no knowledge of the internet. The spouse brought physical evidence that he went thru the Certified International Webmaster Course and the first Search Engine Optimization course ever held. Although his credentials rivaled those normally hired to work on large projects similar to the sites and social networks of Obama’s online campaign, Swandal still allowed Lauren to have full control and access.
Swandal asked to be rescued from the case during the election for Supreme Court Justiice of Montana in what may have been a political move to keep this case away from the media attention.
Lauren Martin still has control of all assets.
